Axe & Archery Games COVID-19 Policy

Policy Update: September 20th, 2021

Starting September 20th, 2021 we will be following the restrictions exemption program as explained on the Alberta state of emergency covid-19 website

After September 20th, 2021 it will be a requirement for all of our guests over the age of 11 to produce ONE of the following to enter Axe Games:

1. A Proof of Vaccination:
A digital or paper copy of covid-19 immunization record will be required. An easy way to provide proof of vaccination is by providing a digital or paper copy of your Alberta vaccination card: you will need your Alberta health care number in order to download your vaccination card from this website.

– Single dose will be accepted between September 20 and October 25 if received 2 weeks before your booking date.
– Double doses will be required for entry after October 25

*Important* If over the age of 18 a government issued ID will be required to verify the proof.

2. A privately paid for negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of your booking time.
The government provides a list of acceptable vendors for testing here: A paper copy is required for the covid-19 test result, digital copies will not be accepted.

3. Medical exemptions for vaccinations
If you have a medical exemption for a vaccination or wearing a face covering please bring the original copy of your medical exemption letter to Axe Games on the day of your event.

A medical exemption should include the following:
• Name, phone number, contact information, professional registration number, and signature of the physician or nurse practitioner;
• Statement that there is a medical reason for the individual’s exemption from being fully vaccinated against COVID-19; and
• The duration that the exemption is valid.

Axe Games guests under the age of 12 are exempt and will not require the above documentation for entrance.

As a reminder, at this time the Calgary mask bylaw is still in effect and face coverings will still be required to be worn in the facility. Face coverings may be removed while at your table eating or drinking or while actively playing sports.

Abuse towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse service.

Thank you for your continued support as we follow the covid-19 provincial guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.
